Working at high heights demands utmost safety! Don't let potential hazards go unchecked; regular maintenance is crucial. These maintenance points are vital for both personal safety and equipment lifespan – please remember them, business owners!
✅01 Functional Inspection
- Mechanism Operation Check: After starting the equipment, perform a no-load test, observe the operating status of each mechanism, and listen for any abnormal noises. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. The equipment can only be used after the fault has been rectified.
- Limit Switch Check: Confirm that all limit switches are present and correctly positioned, and test the reliability of the switch operation. Ensure that the equipment stops accurately according to the set program to prevent exceeding the safe operating range.
✅02 Structural Component Inspection
- Wire Rope Inspection: Focus on inspecting the degree of wear and tear and the condition of broken wires in the wire rope. Any number of broken wires should be taken seriously. Also, check the lubrication condition, ensuring sufficient lubricant on the surface; replenish lubricant promptly if necessary to reduce friction and wear.
- Pulley and Protective Device Inspection: Inspect the integrity of the pulley's wire rope guide device and the condition of the protective cover. Confirm that the pulley has no cracks and the rim is undamaged. Ensure the components are in good condition to prevent the wire rope from derailing.
- Fastener Inspection: Check the fasteners of the metal structure and transmission parts to see if any screws or bolts are loose. Tighten any loose fasteners immediately to prevent safety accidents caused by detached components during operation.
- Moving Parts Guard Inspection: Check the installation of the guards on exposed moving parts to ensure that the guards are intact, undamaged, and completely cover the dangerous areas, preventing operators from coming into contact with and being injured by these parts.
✅03 Equipment Cleaning and Inspection
Clean dust from the equipment daily, and thoroughly remove dirt weekly. Maintaining a clean equipment surface reduces malfunctions and allows inspectors to easily observe the condition of the components.
Safety is paramount; only by strictly controlling every maintenance step can make aerial work platforms perform optimally in various work scenarios and contribute to the smooth progress of projects.

JIUHE Truck-mounted concrete pump
With the rapid development of the construction industry, methods for transporting concrete are constantly evolving. In the past, stationary concrete pumps (or "trailer concrete pumps") were the primary method, but truck-mounted concrete pumps ( also called "concrete line pump" )have now gradually become the mainstream choice.
Precautions for the Use of Trailer Mounted Concrete Pumps
The trailer-mounted concrete pump is a very common piece of construction equipment; favored by contractors for its compact size, ease of transport, and cost-effectiveness.
What causes the S-pipe of a concrete pump to not swing properly?
The S-tube is a crucial component of a concrete boom pump. Its primary function is to connect the boom's piping to the concrete delivery cylinder, enabling continuous concrete pumping.
