Autumn Construction Requirements
1. Safe production and project quality must be ensured during autumn construction. Construction measures should be as economical and reasonable as possible, minimizing energy consumption.
2. Autumn temperatures gradually decrease, and the weather is dry, making it a high-risk season for fires. To ensure safe construction and achieve project goals, site supervisors must raise their awareness and further strengthen the implementation of responsibilities for autumn construction. Management personnel must fully implement safety responsibility systems at all levels.
3. Autumn rainfall is concentrated. Site management must pay close attention to drainage and flood control, promptly clear drainage outlets inside and outside the site, unclog drainage pipes, and properly support exposed foundations to ensure safe passage through the flood season.
4. Autumn weather is dry with large temperature differences between day and night. Pay close attention to the inspection and maintenance of power lines, especially outdoor lines. Replace any aging or damaged lines promptly. Take precautions for electrical safety and prevent fires caused by electrical leaks.
5. For projects scheduled to begin autumn construction, ensure sufficient manpower and continuous operation after the availability of construction materials and equipment to avoid unnecessary waste.

✅1. Prevention of personal injury accidents

(4) The dismantling of scaffolding, safety nets, and other protective facilities on the construction site must be subject to a strict internal approval system and must not be dismantled arbitrarily. (1) The construction site should be clearly divided into construction work areas, flammable and combustible material storage areas, material warehouses, flammable waste collection areas, and living areas.
(2) Lighting facilities should be installed at the construction site at night to ensure smooth vehicle traffic and that personnel are on duty and patrolling.
(3) Temporary buildings or flammable materials should not be erected or stored under high-voltage lines.
(4) Sufficient fire-fighting equipment should be provided at the construction site, and dedicated personnel should be assigned to maintain, manage, and regularly update the equipment to ensure its effective use.
(5) The stacking distance between dangerous goods should not be less than 10m, and the stacking distance between dangerous goods and flammable and explosive materials should not be less than 30m.
(6) Safety accessories on welding and cutting equipment such as oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders should be complete and effective; otherwise, they should not be used.
(7) Welding and cutting operations at the construction site must meet the requirements for fire safety.
✅3. Antifreeze and anti-slip
(1) Prevent water accumulation on construction sites and transportation roads; if rainwater accumulates on scaffolding and footboards, it should be cleaned before construction. (2) Temporary water pipes on the construction site should be buried below the frost layer or insulated with straw bags or other materials. Water in water tanks should be drained before the end of the workday. (3) Professional electricians should be responsible for the installation, maintenance and management of electrical equipment. Other personnel are strictly prohibited from arbitrarily dismantling or modifying electrical wiring. (4) Pay attention to the antifreeze and anti-condensation safety work of construction machinery and equipment. All construction machinery and equipment in use should be combined with routine maintenance for seasonal maintenance, and lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, antifreeze, etc. suitable for cold season temperatures should be replaced. For machinery and equipment that has been out of use for a long time, the water in the equipment and containers should be drained, and each machine should be checked and recorded. For machinery and equipment in normal use, the water in the equipment should be drained after the work is finished and the machine is shut down.
✅4. Preventing traffic accidents
(1) Strengthen the maintenance and upkeep of concrete pump trucks to prevent accidents caused by vehicle malfunctions. Arrange for timely repairs and maintenance according to regulations, ensuring regular inspections, planned maintenance, and reasonable use to keep the vehicles in good condition at all times.
(2) Conscientiously implement all management systems for concrete pump trucks and perform seasonal maintenance on the pump truck chassis. Use antifreeze, lubricating oil, and brake fluid suitable for winter use. Install cold-proof insulation covers on the engine and radiator housings. In particular, ensure the braking system, steering system, and lighting system are in good working order to guarantee the vehicle is in good technical condition.
Safety rules for working at heights
1. Implement anti-skid safety measures and promptly clear snow on working surfaces and construction roads to prevent accidents caused by accidental falls while working or walking.
2. Wear tight work clothes, non-slip shoes, safety helmets, and safety belts when working at heights; stop working at heights when encountering heavy fog, heavy snow, or strong winds above level 6.
3. Protective measures must be in place when working at heights. The ladder truck must pass the inspection before it can be used. The ladder truck must not be modified at any time.
4. Operators are not allowed to play or play when working at heights to avoid slipping and causing falling accidents. When going up and down ladders, they must face the ladder, hold on firmly with both hands, and do not climb with objects in hand.
